Coaching
Whilst we always tailor the program to the individual business, basic coaching programs that we offer include:
- Ignite Groups: Coaching programs for groups of businesses (up to 10 per group). This is a great opportunity to start the coaching program and to be supported and held accountable by other business owners.
- Start me Up: A mentoring program particularly for new businesses (under 3 years old).
- Repair and Renew: Before a business can improve it is important to get the basics right. A program for businesses whose performance may be compromised due to issues within the business such as staff, operational, vision, cashflow or other issues.
- Accelerate: An advanced program for those businesses wanting to accelerate their growth
- Succession: For those business owners wanting to step out or sell their businesses and wanting to ensure that their business is robust and the best that it can be. We recommend adoption of this program a minimum of six months prior to sale.
No matter what stage a business is at, we can tailor a coaching program to meet that need. We don’t offer a cookie cutter program because every business and every business owner is different. Instead we tailor a program specifically for each client and it is up to the client to determine how intensive they want their particular program to be.
Initially we meet with a business owner/s and have them go through our Think process to uncover what the issues are. We then go away and come up with some different Ignite options that the business owner/s can choose to determine which is going to be the one that best suits their needs. Sometimes at this stage we need to undertake a project to make the client ready for the coaching process but generally the business owner is ready to Act.
We meet and work with the business owner regularly over an agreed period on the issue/s that we have identified. We continually monitor how the business is progressing and hold the business owner/s (and sometimes staff and other key players) accountable for their actions. All of this is designed to achieve the Result that the business owner first imagined in the Think process. We encourage celebration at this stage!
