Understanding the Numbers Strategy Session – This is an incredible half-day or full-day session where we work specifically with your numbers in our Business Success Formula. We show you how a few small changes to key numbers within your business can create amazing results to your bottom line. Together with you (and your team) we brainstorm strategies around each key number and then create a report and an action plan based around those strategies for you to begin implementing immediately. Incredibly powerful and highly recommended.

Strategic Planning Sessions – We work with you, the business owner and any key players for a set time (for example a day or as part of a retreat) to facilitate strategic planning for your business. An absolutely invaluable service for those businesses that want to get the most out of planning with an expert in business and management.
- Business Advisory Board – Sometimes a business need advisors outside the business to sit as part of their management board at their regular monthly or quarterly meetings. We provide one or two people, depending on your need, to sit on that board to offer advice and to keep you accountable.
